These policies help us provide safe, timely care and a consistent experience for all clients. By booking an appointment with Serenique Wellness Clinic (“the Clinic”), you agree to the policies below.
1) Booking & Communication
- Appointments can be booked online sereniquewellness.janeapp.com, by phone, or by email: (778) 355-3553 / [email protected].
- If you’re unsure which service to choose, please contact us and we’ll guide you.
- Please ensure your contact details are accurate. We may send appointment confirmations and reminders by email/text.
2) Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Applies to All Services)
We understand that schedules can change. To respect our practitioners’ time and to keep appointments available for others, we require advance notice for changes.
Standard Cancellation
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged a fee.
Late Cancellation / No-Show Fees
- Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 50% of the service fee
- No-show (missed appointment): 100% of the service fee
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to avoid delaying the next client.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show, depending on the schedule.
